For one you're not eating/drinking at all while sleeping so you won't gain any weight during the night. Second if your sweating then you could lose water/weight out of your body that way. Finally every breath you take you're body you lose around .015 grams out of your body and if you multiply that by the hours you spend sleeping by # of breaths the body takes that .015 starts to add up.
