Absolutely. 2-3 lbs is normal. If you weigh in after a morning workout (assuming you haven't drank a gallon of water) you'll weigh even less.

I know a woman's weight can fluctuate during menstration due to water rentention/etc by almost 6-7 pounds. As others have said, it's anything from absorbtion to sweating. You also have to account for meds you're taking or supplements that maybe dehydrate.

I will say it's not good to weigh yourself every day like that because of those daily fluctuations. You're better off weighing once a week at the same day at around the same time.
