Exactly like Jim Crow laws except in today's time, everyone is granted the right to free education where they learn english, science, and math. If they don't take advantages of those rights, why should they be able to take advantage of the right to vote?

What if elitists took control of your jurisdiction and implemented my proposal (see my previous post with the train and bullet calculation) using your reasoning? Would you be happy? Probably not because I doubt you could solve it. It would benefit me, though. I can solve it and people who think like me can solve it. And once we've restricted voting to that level, there is nothing you can do to change it because you can't vote. You would be permanently disenfranchised, unless you can figure out how to solve second order differential equations and perform relativistic calculations. I doubt most people could, but maybe I'm wrong. That one case where I would be happy to be wrong.
