Are there any states where they can vote?
I'd take it a few steps further and give people simple science and math tests before they can vote. If you can't solve a system of two-variable linear equations, you're too dumb to vote. If you don't know that the primary source of the Sun's energy is the fusion of hydrogen, you're too dumb to vote. 90% of American voters would fail.

I would be ok with some kind of test that proves they know who they are voting for. Or they have to answer some multiple choice questions about a lot of the topics and depending on their answers, they get results showing a compatibility percentage of all of the candidates. Could possibly help get rid of the two party system if people actually know they think along the same lines as some of the 3rd party candidates.
