TPD has dropped worse DV charges against Bama players before. Hell, they wouldn't even charge a drug trafficker because he was on the football team.

Rashad Johnson and Simeon Castille were arrested for "disorderly conduct" by that same Tuscaloosa Police Department. Two of the best individuals Saban has ever coached - who were arrested for bullshite reasons.
