looking at my old imageshack for that team sweep logo I made for the Jordan Jefferson case. Well it looks like imageshack deleted it, but I found my old TTstowel SP avatar.

No one seems to be considering the possibility that, even if Collins isn't a suspect and his "name is cleared", maybe associates or acquaintances of his are involved. That alone is enough to scare off NFL GMs, and rightfully so.

As someone in the Advertising, Marketing, and PR business, I can tell you that one of his biggest mistakes is not getting out ahead of this. He should never have been to Chicago in the first place. When he found out while in Atlanta that the BRPD was interested in speaking to him, he should have been back in BR.
IF (HUGE if) it is the BRPD that delayed the meeting, he and his attorney should have had a press conference on the steps of the BRPD and he should have made a brief statement YESTERDAY that would have gone something like this (not scrubbed yet, but you get the gist):
"I want this to be clear, I was not involved in any way in this situation. I knew Brittany Mills. She was a former girlfriend and someone I still cared about. She was an amazing woman who will be missed by all who knew her. I'm heartbroken that she's gone and I'm heartbroken that her baby will never know what a wonderful person she was. I want to help the BRPD in any way I can so they can find whoever did this and bring them to justice. We've offered to answer any questions and help today. They declined but we've scheduled a time to talk early next week. I look forward to that. At this time, my thoughts and prayers are with Brittany's family, and with her newborn child. I ask that you keep them in your prayers too. Thank you."
