That "rape" word isn't good. If this fricker actually raped someone, he should be punished to the fullest extent possible. Let's hope that isn't the case.

Pretty much this. The fact they're using rape instead of 'sexual assault' makes it plain.

Innocent until proven guilty. Interesting that Pig and some others were listed as witnesses
