I think Gates and CY are working and focusing on Marcus Allen from Miami as the SF in the 2024 class. He plays PF in high school, but at 6’6” 190 lbs he will play SF in college. He came to Columbia for his official visit last fall. He hasn’t officially visited any other school, so it looks like we have a really good chance at landing him. His visit was the same weekend as T.O. Barrett’s
Allen is ranked as the 51st overall recruit.

Missouri is in good shape here. There have been several independent recruiting sites with reporters who have indicated Mizzou may, in fact, be the favorite. Things have been quiet on the Mizzou side and we haven’t gotten any indication one way or another that Marshall is going to hop on board. But the trends certainly seem positive. So if they secure a commitment on the 11th from Marshall, that could impact some of the above visits.
