I was at the game yesterday and I'll give the fans the benefit of the doubt. The weather was horrible. It was raining, cold and gray. SC baseball fans will turn out for a rainy game but add cold (a blustery cold at that) and people start thinking twice.. fast.

SC vs. Vanderbilt is a big series in the SEC so attendance is typically good but I don't expect attendance to be great at all this weekend. Simply put, fans have had enough of Holbrook. This year is a culmination of Holbrooks failings the past few years but even then, the fans still showed up. They've had enough now and unfortunately attendance is the only way to show our AD (a big fan of Holbrook and our former baseball coach) that we are not satisfied with the direction this program is going in.

We take all of our sports seriously here at SC.. but baseball (along with football) is one of those sports here that we will not accept losing in.
