Yup, it was a big milestone. Freeze took a 2-10 team and became bowl eligible with that win, in the SEC West.

No, you had wins over Central Arkansas, UTEP, Pittsburgh, and Tulane. You beat 3-9 Auburn and 4-8 Arkansas, those were your only victories "in the SEC West."
