It's the new thing. You choose a word and "keep it going" then everybody does a little rap where that word fits in at the end.
I'm starting to feel old because I hate this type of stuff now. A 13 year old shouldn't be "taking a sausage" and definitely not rapping about it on a video and posting it on the Internet.
