I'm ok being on cloud 9 about having won the most national titles in the conference

Let's put it like this... Bama managed to exceed this season's expectations and won the SEC, but it still managed to feel like a slightly disappointing year. Overall, it was still a good season.

But I'm 32, so while I was raised on stories from my uncle's about the glory days. I spent my childhood being ridiculed by Florida and FSU fans for liking Bama, and hearing how we were washed up, and would stay a middle of the road program. So I know what mediocrity feels like.

I think my biggest fear would be having a coach like Richt. Incredibly nice guy who wins a ton of games, but can't make it over the hump. While winning ten games every year is great, it's sucks getting so close, but never winning it all (I know all about that being an Orlando Magic fan).

But we wouldn't fire a guy like Richt, unless he couldn't win a ring or beat Auburn.

Overall, we expect to win the SEC are least 3 times per decade, a ring per decade, and a winning record over our rivals.

No one gives two fricks about track. I ran track in high school and I couldn't give a frick less about it.

You haven't won shite in anything that matters, except for one little basketball championship when half of your fans on here weren't even alive.

You and i know nobody REALLY cares about those track titles. Football and basketball drive the bus. Baseball is popular when your team is good but not gonna fill the stadiums with losing teams like football does even if you stink. Same with Gymnastics, softball, etc. We get interested when our team is good but if Bama gymnastics suddenly went belly up there wouldn't be 14K in Coleman to watch.
