This will go the way of the 1 dollar cancer test that student designed last year...he will get paid millions by Duracell or something for the patent then it'll never see the light of day.
If he refuses the money then Duracell will lobby the govt to ban the product due to environmental concerns.

You don't understand man, government fixes that problem by working with corporations and regulating them.
