To be clear, I don't think its a bad hire. There's obvious positives to it. I think there's obvious potential for problems as well. And it's obvious that he's overpaid. But it's not my money. Enjoy.

He's making 1 mil less than his last contract. His resume is enough to warrant the contract he received.

I think that is the position of most of us. Risk/reward type hire that middle of the back basketball program like us have to make sometimes.
