Agreed.
That first commitment is going to be important, to see if he can get some momentum going. If you're a good enough bench coach, sometimes all it takes is drudging up a decent class to get some momentum going on the court.

Yup. He's walking into a respectable roster, and history shows teams typically play above their expectations when the 1st year guy comes in
