No. And I honestly don't think the UK job will be very high in demand after Cal leaves. How can you follow a guy like Cal and keep fans happy? There is no one in America who can put that much talent on a roster year after year.

the sanctions will probably make it a worse job

Mission Accomplished.

Cal is gone to the NBA and everyone knows it. Greg is looking at the Kentucky job.

Speculation...what we do know is he's not interested in coming to Bama. Have they offered the job to HS coaches? Maybe one of those can be lured to Tuscaloosa.

Cal isn't going to the NBA, everyone knows he only wins because he has the best talent. In the pros where he can't stock pile players he would be an average coach... Am I doing it right?

Does this concern you about when Saban retires?

Somewhat. I think we will have to pay a lot of money for an "up and comer." I don't see any top 10 coaches lining up for the job if they are already at major programs. A lot will depend on how successful Saban is when he leaves. If he has fallen off, Bama fans may welcome a change and it would be a high demand job. But Cal leaving after an undefeated season puts UK in a tough spot. Look at that program after Pitino left. Tubby won with Pitinos players and then the program went to shite for a long time.

Marshall would be a bad fit for UK. Gillispie all over. UK fans expect flash.

Agree. Probably the most demanding fan base in America. They expect 24/7 entertainment.

If I'm Bama, I take a strong look at Bobby Hurley at Buffalo or Michael White at LA Tech, two up and comers.

I have a feeling Bobby Hurley will be in high demand before long.

I have to agree. You can go to Rupp Rafters and be entertained by Raftards any day of the year. If UK had a football team in the playoffs, I don't think a lot of them would even notice.
