If you look at team he has coached, you can get an idea.
Defense:
Tend to be average at best. Don't foul, very few turnovers, solid rebounding.
Offense:
Run a Selfstyled high low, don't turn the ball over,good shooting,& average around 75 ppg.

His offense requires a legit point guard and 2 bigs. Of which we maybe had 1 of those.
