Saban is the only coach I know of that will recruit a kid if he's the top 1-2 recruit from his home state, just to keep the home state school from getting him, REGARDLESS OF NEED. I guess most schools don't have that luxury to waste a scholarship in such a way.

I'm sure you are privy to a whole bunch of coaches recruiting strategies.

I've seen him play more than the two of you knuckleheads combined....x 2. Wasn't even the best back on his HS team. You'll see.

That fat boy put up stats in JuCo that Kamara could only put up on freshmen mode on NCAA

It's too bad Rivals, ESPN, Scout, and 247 don't pay you for your evaluations. Could it be that your opinion isn't worth dick?

Bama fans, did you expect to have this type of attrition at this position for this class?

This is below normal attrition at UGA.

I'm confused. Should Bama keep guys who have been in trouble with the law, or not? 2 of them have been, one's a starter, the other was a trouble making bench warmer.

But yeah, I never thought they'd all stick around. It's a good problem to have. The cream rises to the top.

Little mouthy aren't you hillbilly? I didn't realize Scout, ESPN, and 247 were 100% right. Good to know.

But know this hillbilly- I'm basing my opinion on seeing him play, live, in real football games. You're basing yours on internet articles and recruit rankings. I know your emotionally invested in his success. Based on your good natured spirit it's gonna be a tough year for you cause AK ain't gonna do much at UT. And thats my opinion, not sure if worth dick or a bag of dicks....but I'm sure you'll tell me.

I assumed AK would be the 1st to go as I simply don't think he's that good.

Well, you've stepped in it now. Tennessee fans are certain that three average players, Dobbs, Hurd, and Kamara, are about to turn their offense into an unstoppable juggernaut. At the rate their frenzy is accelerating, by the time the season starts they'll be debating their margin of victory in the championship game. You really don't want to interfere with that kind of mass delusion.

BTW: I agree with your assessment. I was fine when Bama signed Kamara our of high school. He would have ended up the same way at UGA when he couldn't crack the depth chart.

So I'm learning. At least LSU fans have a good natured sense of humor about the Chubb/ Floorinet debate. These UT guys are insufferable. Oh, and I don't know dick in case you were wondering.

The most impressive part of this to me, is how Bama can lose 3 four stars and still have one of the best RB groups in the SEC.

As in 5th best?

That's why we sign 2 or 3 5* RBs a year, Alice. Besides, last time I looked, they play with only ONE football. Also, the ones that can't make the grade in Tuscaloosa, are sent down to Auburn where they start for y'all...remember Corey Grant?

I gave Kamara very little chance to pan out. Hes a cheeky system back. I thought Altee would be the best, so i was wrong there. Tyren i saw as a solid but eternal backup. Henry i was unsure about but he was always the most competitive and focused from day 1.

That's funny considering the point of this thread. If recruiting services were gospel, Kamara would still be at Alabama.

Oh corchcrisp, you better not include young Alvin Kamara in the "can't cut it" group. The goatfockers will yell you don't know dick.
