Could be, who knows though. Was there a hole in the wall? Did she have marks on her gullet? Was she visibly upset, did she feel in danger for her life? I mean the cops questioned her, saw her neck, saw the wall. Now they have her in jail? WTF?

Yep that part makes no sense. Either they had probable cause for the arrest or not.
