Well, this is just plain false. A DC isn't going to attract kids just because of his name, I don't care who he is. He, or someone on the staff, still has put in the leg work to get the kids on campus. Hopefully aTm has a good assistant for this, as it's well known Chavis isn't going to do it.

Up until three years ago, I didn't follow LSU closely; so I can't answer this question ...
... but in light of the complaints LSU fans have about Chavis today, I'm wondering whether or not most LSU folks have always felt this way about him?
It's crazy that a guy who was so seemingly disliked was able to stay in BR as long as he did.
Or are the complaints about him relatively new?
