What does this even mean? How does a conference hinder you from winning a NC? LSU can say the same thing about the SEC screwing them every year before A&M joined the conference.

A conference is nothing more than the stage on which your program stands. The Big 12 was not setup to put us first. In fact our success hurt the big league money maker.
