yeah, most guys who rave about southern girls have never left the region. I'd say there's more 9s and 10s in the south but per capita other regions have us beat. Too many fat chicks and trailer trash.

I should put up a disclaimer that these blatant blanket generalizations only apply to the hotties of each respective region. The South absolutely has the most fatties per capita, but the hotties are definitely a cut above in intangibles. As far as measurables are concerned, West Coast wins in a landslide, Midwest loses big.
