I'll watch college T&F after I watch all the episodes of The French Chef starring Julia Child. Riveting stuff first then track.

The sprints are entertaining, but the long distance events are pretty miserable to watch

I've watched the outdoor finals the last several years. Its fun when you rack up 8 titles in the last 6 years.

As a former runner, I watch it when I catch it on. It's not the most titilating television, but you can appreciate speed.
