Too be so young, they play like they have been playing together forever. I think LSU has the bats and pitching to win the conference so does UF & UGA....so I think it comes down to them. Everyone else seems to lack something...Alabama lacks consistent batting and Auburn gives up a ton of runs. Missouri also struggles in the circle.
And it also important to sweep the lower tier teams instead of the 2-1 series win such as Ole Miss, Arky, South Carolina because winning the conference is probably a 1 or 2 game difference.

Yeah they've had this cheesy "Power of one" theme for unity, and it seems to be working well as far as chemistry and synergy. When the hits start rolling, it can get ugly fast. Only 1 senior in the lineup and 3 juniors.
the pitching is excellent, just headlined by two freshmen and 2 sophomores. LSU has another top pitcher and class coming in, so attrition has to set in sooner or later with the staff.
It's just nice to be back in the discussion. Up until 2004, it was LSU and Alabama, with everyone trailing by a good margin. Now Florida, Tennessee, and UGA are regulars, with A&M and Mizzou being quality additions. Kentucky and Auburn are even solid now
