Pretty sure the cities of Auburn and Tuscaloosa along with college towns throughout the country by a certain number of tickets from their respective universities

Alabama legislators get courtesy tickets to the Iron Bowl, which can be the highest ticket in the state during some seasons.

I don't have an issue with the city of Birmingham supporting a local school with hopes of a ROI in terms of sales tax and hospitality revenue. Seems like good business to me
