When sex Ed was first introduced into public schools, did teen pregnancies go up or down?

I'll answer for you. They went up. Why wasn't sex Ed scrapped immediately then, if that sort of data dooms a sex Ed program?

And that charitably allows that your point is even a major point of policy or that it has a large impact upon anything.

ETA: How many states have abstinence only education mandated?

The rest of the civilized world, who does actual sex Ed, has half the teen pregnancy rates that we do.
