It is a culture of bred ignorance over the past 30 years. Look at the faces of these boys in the mug shots. I see the same look on the faces of kids of ghetto, project mamas in public all the time. From toddler age up to teenaged. It is a lost, bewildered look as if they are having trouble processing their surroundings. A one track mind so to speak. Almost like they are in a trance of stupidity. That is a result of their upbringing. Desensited to social norms and behaviors when all they hear at home from welfare mama is cursing and shouting over each other.

This does not apply to the well parented black community. Those kids act and look normal. But these ill bred and raised black kids all have that same look of low IQ stupidity. And before someone says "oh....just the low class black kids have that look right?" My experience is yes. The kids of trashy white people don't have the blank stare stupid look. They have the dirty clothes, unkept hair, snot nosed look in public but not the " I have no clue what is happening" look.
