The whole corruption thing makes any big project very difficult to accomplish. That being said, I do thing the only way to manage the debt is growing the GDP enough to increase revenues. Too bad it's not realistic to do It without overpayment.

I have discussed it before but id make that part of my welfare reform. Id swing from my normal libertarian view to fix welfare and our infrastructure by giving the no job ditch diggers actual ditches to dig. I'd make incentives for companies to train those that have worked on the public projects so they could eventually get off the dull. Id also enact some kind of sweeping legislation against section 8 housing.
