My Goodness. Like most every other place in the region doesn't offer those things. Most decent places offer those, plus a million other options. That's where clemson is different.

"clemson.............hey, we've got a golf course and some water. What do you have?"

That should be the marketing slogan

what does Knoxville have? I never saw anything exciting about it? You make it out like it is Manhattan but i don't think going to U T is any different from going to Clemson other than you see more ghetto and blight, and interstates. College students generally do stuff on campus or the little bar area adjacent. Knoxville no doubt has more high end restaurants but how often do college kids eat high end in college. i know i didn't and my friends didn't.
