Well, that's why I said pieces. I don't think we have an abundance of high level talent, but I do think we have enough guys to compete. With Howland, he brings instant credibility in recruiting and we have the facilities to sell themselves.

It's an exciting hire to say the least and I think we can get back to our winning ways shortly.
