Craig Sword is the obvious name.
Other than that you have Gavin Ware, who can be a really good big man if we could put together any amount of consistent outside shooting. The reason he hasn't put up good numbers consistently is because most teams didn't even challenge our outside shot. Three people in the paint against our 1 for the past few years has really made it difficult for him. The talent is there.
Ready is a serviceable enough point guard, he just has to be more aggressive. You can see it in the games where he scored double digits in 9 out of 10 games posting 18 twice. Those were in SEC play.
Demetrius Houston is definitely going to be a big piece moving forward. Pushing 6'8" as a wing player with huge hops, he can be a guy that definitely makes an impact.
Who knows if Fred Thomas will ever be what he was at Jim Hill again. He is a head case. Ndoye has a chance, and so does Black. Obviously they need some development but the ceiling is higher for Ndoye I think. Hopefully Dunlap will be the shooter he was in high school.
Hopefully Weatherspoon turns out to be the player that most think he will be. The kid is legit.
I think the development and potential for several players depend on the type of offense Howland will run. You can't put some of these guys who are just athletes without a lot of basketball IQ in a motion offense. You have to let them play their game, which is why Stansbury had such a good run. He just let them go out there and play, without restrictions. Which was good and bad.

Meh, honestly I like Sword and Ware, but the other guys just didn't look like D1 material. Not saying that they won't develop, but right now I only see two legit guys.
