Once per day (early morning), unless I'm really tired and try to squeeze in a few more minutes of sleep, which isn't often.

Around 10. Sometimes twice per day, depending on gym time. Always at least once, unless deer hunting or camping.

2 times a day. When I wake up, I'll jump in the shower with the water cold to jolt me into consciousness. Then I'll take another one before I go to sleep. I don't like the day's stink on the bed sheets.
