This is his 6th season as head coach. I think we kind of know what Gaspard is and is not. Woefully inconsistent like he was as Northwestern State. His best season was year one with Jim Wells' leftovers. He's only finished above .500 in conference play once.

4 regionals, 1 super in 5 years playing in a horrible park with no fan support. Pretty "woefully inconsistent", the guy deserves a few years in a decent SEC facility.
