What are the particulars behind their accusations?
It happened at a party after the Kentucky game at AJ's apartment off campus supposedly. The story that's been mostly circulated by people at the party is AJ, Williams, the alleged victim and another female went upstairs together sometime during the party. They all came down a short while later and no one was acting different. AJ and the alleged victim were seen together at the party after they came back downstairs. The victim called the cops a few hours later from another location.
Also, the second female that was in the room (rumored to be having sex with Williams) was not a UT student and declined to press charges. She was just visiting for the weekend and returned to Florida shortly after all this came about.
The alleged victim was outed on another Tennessee message board but it was quickly deleted. People that knew her commented that they knew she and AJ had been together before and AJ supposedly had txt messages from her saved on his phone. I'm not sure what that means in an actual trial or whatever. Oh and from what others at the party said, the four of them were upstairs for almost an hour.
If you ask me, the whole story has seemed fishy from the start. I don't know much about Williams but posters here will vouch that AJ was one of the nicest guys you would ever meet off the field. It seemed so out of character for him to be accused of something this heinous but I suppose people said the same things about Ted Bundy too.
I hope none of this is true for all the parties involved but if it is then these two men should be locked up and have the key thrown away.

Also, anyone know who is representing them? I'm not familiar with the Tennessee bar, but I'd do some quick research on their attorneys if I could find them.
AJ is represented by Tom Dillard. He's a 5* defense attorney per Lawyers.com

Williams is being represented by David Eldridge.

I'm hoping it's not some girl falling for a football player's BS about "I'll be with you," or something like that, and crying rape when he peaces out.

I can just see a fat, middle aged vol fan on one of your homer boards telling that story and acting like he was at the party.

What do ya'll think about this?

I hope the truth of what happened comes out, regardless of who is shown to be telling the truth. If AJ is the great guy the Vols seem to think, I hope he's vindicated. But what gives me pause is that prosecutors don't generally take cases to trial if they don't think they can win.
