Went to church, now working, going to buy new running shoes in a couple of hours, then taking the dog for a run.

I've been about as lazy as I've ever been fitness wise since Thanksgiving. Daylight Savings Time and the cold winter have ruined me. It's hard to get out of bed in the morning and run or go to he gym when it's freezing outside, and tough to go run in the evening when it's cold and the sun is already down. This lazy SOB is about to start hitting it hard again.

I'm at my lowest weight now in about 6 years. I feel great and energetic today.

Over the weekend I started thinking about getting a work phone. I told the boss I didn't want one in the past. I didn't want to lose my number of 13 years, and I didn't want to carry around 2 phones. I've recently come to the conclusion that I don't want my old number anymore.

My FitBit is doing amazing things. Fat people could seriously drop some pounds using it. They're too lazy to use the app to count their calories though.
