I don't need the rule changed. I don't even play or coach.

Now answer mine. Why is this particular rule important to you Auburn fans in this thread?

There have been 3 "proposed" rule changes on current rules that Auburn has benefited from in the recent past. For some reason, rules keep getting proposed to take away any type of advantage Auburn has on offense. Opposing fanbases want them to pass because their coaching staffs can't strategize or scheme around stopping a Gus Malzahn offense.

As for why this rule is important to Auburn fans in this thread, it's because opposing fanbases, for some reason, think Auburn's offense would crash and burn with said rule change.

I'll answer your question with a question.

Teams have been complaining about Bama using illegal picks in pass patterns for years.

Why shouldn't this be an issue at the NCAA Rules Committee?

Shouldn't this be prioritized since you guys use the illegal pick so well without the refs ever calling it?
