May be true. However, if LSU had added just ONE MORE YEAR to his guaranteed contract, he would still be in Baton Rouge.
LSU made Chavis rich, but for some reason he felt he could name his own contract numbers based on his demands, and LSU would automatically accept it.
I find it amusing that he left because on not getting an additional 3rd year on his already 2 year guarantee.
I'm sorry, but that's very very petty......
