Had to take some time off because my knee started swelling up. I guess I was too old and out of condition to just take off running like I did. So the knees better but I'm slowing it down and easing into it. Goal is still the same, improve cardio fitness so I can meet my grand kids one day

I have a gripmaster at my desk that I work pretty hard. Definitely hitting 1000 grips 3/week.

No class today due to weather, so I'm about to go jump on the treadmill for a little bit.

Resting today.
Sunday was back and tris.
Monday was legs.
Tuesday was cardio(treadmill).
Yesterday was chest and bis.
I think tomorrow will be more cardio. Maybe some jump rope, jumping jacks, and boxing.
I'm fat. I need to lose weight.
