what? if there is a 4 way tie for the 2 seed how is that wins against arkansas would be the deciding factor? They're tied with 3 other teams for the highest seed.

the research was done on the tiger rant. the first tiebreaker is not how you fared against UK (not that that matters). it's head to head amongst the teams you are tied with.

in that scenario lsu would be the 2 seed with a 3-2 record.

Because they use head to head first.
