You are not required to 'hate' her or not worry about her. Hating her would do far more damage to you than to her. If you are a human being with any compassion at all you would still be concerned about the well being of someone that was once a part of your life. That wouldn't make you a loser.
You can still move on without hate eating at you the rest of your life. I don't 'hate' my ex, I feel sorry for her at times for the way her life has turned out - but know I didn't bring it on her. No way I would go back now though.

I really appreciate everyones kind words. They do help. I cant even touch another person right now in a sexual way I'm just so unattached now. It wouldn't give me any pleasure at all. As for inventorying my life, this is what I'm trying to do now. It is a hard pill to swallow and do. My parents have finally reached out and told me I could come back home. My support group is ever so growing and again it helps me. I want to thank you all on this site for the words. This is something I have never been thru.
