Off the top of my head...
*ESPN agrees that
40 minutes of Hell was revolutionary...
*Also...
The Hogs started the baggy shorts craze and made you throw away your daisy dukes
*Frank Broyles (yea that Broyles) ...He has an award named after him and he mentored Switzer, Jimmy Johnson, Joe Gibbs, Pete Carol, Hayden Frye, Johnny Majors, Ken Hatfield and a host of others. proof
*Jerry Jones...Cowboys owner(most valuable NFL franchise)
*John McDonnell ...The most successful coach in NCAA history and the architect of the most powerful sports dynasty that the NCAA has ever seen.
*Gus played for the Hogs and started his college coaching career with the Hogs...He now leads one of the largest cults in America!
*CFP Chairman Jeff Long (Our AD)
As you can see ...Arkansas is a program of great influence in FB, BB, and Olympic Sports. I want to genuinely thank you for reading and every comment gets one FREE upvote!!!

Former Chancellor Mark Emmert is NCAA Pres.
Former basketball player Joe Dean was an Announcer and fine Athletic Director.
Former baseball coach and AD Skip Bertman picked up the torch of Ron Polk and helped bring SEC baseball to national prominence.
Football HOF'ers Steve Van Buren, Johnny Robinson, Jim Taylor, Y.A. Tittle (NFL) and Billy Cannon, Tommy Casanova, Jerry Stovall (CFB)
Baseball HOFer Alvin Dark
Basketball HOFers Bob Pettit, Pete Maravich, and Shaquille O'Neal.
Numerous Olympians going back to Slats Hardin from the 1930s through Lolo Jones in the 2010s.
Dale Brown - Coached 2 Final Four teams and several Elite 8 and Sweet 16 teams, but also an outspoken ally of the student athlete and college programs, a motivational speaker, and author.
"Everybody's All-American" - great film based loosely on Billy Cannon
"Rocky" ('Gonna Fly Now') theme written by LSU School of Music alumnus Bill Conti.
Greatest CWS ending - 1996 Warren Morris 2 run walkoff homer to beat Miami
Greatest football venue - Death Valley
Tiger Stadium - #1 or #2 in hundreds of polls and articles and rankings, to say nothing of Scott Van Pelt's ringing endoresement that the 2012 LSU- bama game was the greatest sporting event and game environment he's ever seen.
