LSU could argue that it and this punk entered a contractual relationship.
Offer, acceptance, and consideration.
Acceptance -- proven by the kid executing FF papers.
LSU would have the right to enforce the relationship as if the kid had signed a LOI. Force his shitty little punk arse to sit out a year and burn his red shirt.

He can go to bama and do whatever. That's his decision and good luck to him.

If the SEC is going to force this rule, it needs to go both ways.
"Ok, you don't have to go to the school you filed for financial aid with last year because you wanted to EE, but if you don't go there, you sit out a year."
