Well. If it its just Pakistan, and their accepting aid from us is conditional on a continued nuclear deterrent in the region, then sure. A bunch of poor people that can barely read learning to hate Zionists is nothing new, so the good would outweigh the bad. That's hypothetical. I mean I don't know where in Islam it says be so poor that you need money from the world superpower but you also hate them.
