I don't know about its proper disposal, but I can damned sure tell you how to kill it:

Quit your job and go to work on an organic farm. Spend every dawn to dusk on your kness with your hands in the dirt. If you're smart it will take you about two hours; if you're a resolute "rebel" it may take you four days. You'll walk away from there having realized that Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, John Deere, King Lear, Newton, Einstein, and Rockefeller were gods, and that Jesus, Ghandi, Lenin, and John Lennon were douche bags.
