Well, I don't expect you to understand the necessity of it.

why the bad vibes bruh?

What exactly is "much needed" about it? We're talking about one of the worst, if not the worst, franchises currently in the NFL with practically zero fan support and no real solid hope for the future. In addition it's a town that doesn't really have any appeal or draw to it outside of one fall weekend every year. So I'm not sure if dumping all that money is really "needed". But I know you live around there so can set me straight.

Well, it is one of the worst franchises. The zero fan support is ridiculous though. The fans want to see some excitement and it's not happened in a very long time. The last home playoff game in Jax was 1999. The fans will be there. The core group is still hanging tough.

If you can't see why such a development will be beneficial for the First Coast and the City of Jax, I'm not sure what to tell you. It's not just for the jags. The guy that owns Populous (did the concept) explained it very well. I'll see if there's a transcript of the interview somewhere.

Basically, it's our version of a Riverwalk like in SA, TX. The rejuvenation of Pittsburgh with all they did downtown.

It's much needed here as the development along the river has been neglected for a long time. It's going to be awesome. I just hope the new Mayor has the foresight to get it done.
