Buddy of mine in HS was being recruited by some bigger name schools including a few in the SEC (he walked on to alabama under saban btw). Anyways, arkansas gave him a little bit of money (like 50 bucks) and UT called/texted him a handful of times outside of the appropriate time frames you're allowed to. I called the SEC office and told them about both situations and they basically just said "oh, ok. Click".
