Can you expound on that?

I don't think he'll be back next year unless he wins the SEC tournament and makes the big dance. I don't see how Battle could justify bringing him back. A win against Auburn is nice, but Grant has less than 10% of the baskeball fanbase in his corner.

Im with you I really don't know now. I mean its just one win but if they play like that consistently then who knows. I think when we bring back Tarrant it will throw things off. Retin needs to start. If not Retin J Cole.

Here's the deal:
OK, we beat a truly pathetic Auburn team twice this year. Even beat ATm (even though they had some injuries IIRC). Bama has won 3, count em, 3 SEC road games this year. I'm not sure Mark Gottfried won three SEC road games during his entire tenure here in Tuscaloosa.
But, we will follow up this win with yet another lack luster performance against somebody we have no damn business losing to.
Vanderbilt? Seriously? They fricking suck.
Florida? At home? I think you could put Florida uniforms on the first group of guys that walk out of your local walmart and Grant will find a way to lose to them.
and trust me, there will be more inexplicable losses to come.
That is Grant's problem.
