I knew a guy with one in Hawaii. They ended up kicking him out of the barracks because it's technically not a service dog. They were referred to as therapy dogs and were not allowed to wear the "service dog" markings and didn't have the same rules. Most likely, this girls was the same (not wearing official markings). They shouldn't have called her a bitch, but she and her sister are blowing it out of proportion, imo.
