Good that it broadens BMac's experience on the O side of the ball for the future and brings a DGD home.

He has coached WR's before. It will give us one of the best recruiters going after WRs as well. With Lilly/Schott/Sales, this gives us very strong recruiters on the Offensive side.

Also saw where we hired a "quality control" guy for special teams
