Wow - Richard has done a great job this year I had no idea that (a) ULM was that bad for 5 straight years or (b) was having such a solid year this year. Impressive.

Howvee, the rest of his resume is pretty meh.

See, that's what I meant. Nobody's talking about this guy right now. And I think he's done an even better job at ULM than White has at Tech. Especially given the disparity in resources.

If the Warhawks continue to win, expect his fame to grow. Alabama needs to make a move, quick IMO. Even if it isn't Richard.
